Qualitative and quantitative composition of active substances:
1 ml (corresponding to 850 mg) of oral drops contains 0.95 ml (810 mg) of Mentha piperita L. tincture, folium (peppermint leaves) (1:20), extractant ethanol 90% (V / V) and 0, 05 ml (40 mg) of Mentha piperita L. oil, aetheroleum (peppermint essential oil).
Ethanol content in the product 80-85% (V / V)
Intended use:
A medicinal product traditionally used for digestive disorders such as indigestion and flatulence.
Dosage and method of administration:
Traditionally, the following application scheme is used:
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age:
in digestive disorders, dilute 30 drops (about 1 g) in water or a teaspoon of sugar, up to 3 times a day.
If the symptoms worsen and do not improve after 2 weeks of using the drug, a doctor or a qualified health care practitioner should be consulted.
The medicinal product should not be used in children under 12 years of age.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to mint leaf preparations or menthol, gastroesophageal reflux. Do not use in diseases of the bile ducts, e.g. cholangitis, cholelithiasis.
Side effects:
It is possible to worsen gastroesophageal reflux and heartburn, and to develop an allergic reaction to peppermint oil.
