Traditional herbal medicinal product that alleviates the symptoms of mild nervous tension and helps to fall asleep.
Dosage and method of administration:
Traditionally, the following dosage regimen is used in adolescents from 12 years of age, adults and the elderly: 1 teaspoon of the product (about 5 ml) up to 3 times a day in the states of mild nervous tension. In order to help you fall asleep, use a single dose (5 ml) 1/2 - 1 hour before going to bed, and if necessary, 2 doses; in the evening and at bedtime. Do not exceed the daily dose of 20 ml of liquid (4 teaspoons, 5 ml each).
