Vitamin K helps maintain healthy bones by participating in the process of incorporating calcium into bone tissue. K2-Vitum forte 75 μg contains vitamin K2 – menaquinone-7 (MK-7). This is important because this chemical form of vitamin K is involved in bone metabolism. The human body cannot synthesize vitamin K2 on its own, so the need for this vitamin is met primarily through diet and, to a lesser extent, through synthesis by intestinal bacteria.
This product contains flaxseed oil, which is high in omega-3 fatty acids , including alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Alpha-linolenic acid helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA.
Application:
The preparation is recommended for adults to supplement their diet with vitamin K2 .
Recommended intake:
Adults – 1 capsule daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Maintaining good health requires a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Daily dose (1 capsule) contains:
75 μg of vitamin K2 MK -7 (100% of the reference intake) and 193 mg of flaxseed oil, including 97 mg of alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3).
