The medicinal products Magnefar B 6 Bio and Magnefar B 6 Forte are recommended for the treatment of magnesium deficiency.
The occurrence of the following symptoms may indicate magnesium deficiency:
- nervousness, irritability, mood swings, mild anxiety, restlessness, transient fatigue, drowsiness, mild sleep disturbances;
- symptoms of anxiety such as gastrointestinal cramps or palpitations (without heart problems);
- muscle spasms, tingling, eyelid twitching.
Products should be used after excluding causes of symptoms other than magnesium deficiency and when achieving improvement or increasing the magnesium supply is not possible through a proper diet.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients.
