The content of individual ingredients per recommended daily portion of the product is: wild mallow extract - 2.9g, vitamin C - 16mg, which is 20% of the reference intake value.

Usage:
Use after dilution with a little water or without dilution.
It is recommended to take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 3 times a day.
